Shipping methods, rates and delivery times

KitchenCherubs.com will ship your order within 1 business day of your purchase within the United States or internationally. (Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday and orders placed on national holidays will be shipped the following business day.)

Delivery time and shipping cost of your order is based on delivery method chosen. We will ship your purchase using the United States Postal Service. See our rate and delivery chart below for options. 

If you have any questions about your order or want to confirm that your order will be delivered by a certain date, such as a birthday or baby shower, please contact us or write your request in the comments section during the ordering process.

Gift tags
Would you like us to send the journal directly to someone as a gift? We can personalize your order by filling out the gift tag page in the journal. Just provide your name, the name of the recipient, and the reason for your gift or personal message in the COMMENTS section during checkout. For example:

Happy Mother's Day! Let's get together soon to start adding your famous recipes to this journal.

Returns and exchanges
We want you to be happy with your order from us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to explain your request for a return or exchange.

Returns must be in the complete and original packaging, show no signs of wear or use and include confirmation of purchase, and a Return Authorization Number (given to you upon contacting us). Shipping costs may be deducted from your credit or refund.
